Donna Classi was wonderful! My husband found a sofa on the Ethan Allen site that would fit between the weight-bearing poles in our family room. He was disappointed when he realized it wouldn't fit through the door to our family room. I decided to try the chat function and reached Donna who told us that the sofa could be disassembled to fit through the door and reassembled by the delivery folks. When I walked into Ethan Allen Garden City and met Joanne La fauci I knew right away I finally met the person to help me decorate my Beach House. She came to the house and we effortlessly walked through the things that I have been wanting to do to update my home. She was so easy to talk to and saw the vision I wanted to create right away. Our family had an excellent experience working with Nanette Baker who helped design our living and dining rooms. From start to finish she was professional and really understood what we were looking for. Her ideas were thoughtful and spot on and we had very few changes at all from her initial selections. In addition to furniture and window treatments she helped us think though ideas for paint colors and accessories for the room. The rooms look beautiful now and would highly recommend her!

I had a great experience working with Alicia Kim at the Garden City store. I've been looking for a dining room set for a while, and was too nervous to pull the trigger on any furniture. We are first time homebuyers and Anne Marie Diller has been a godsend in helping us put our home together. She listens to what we want and is able to design and style our house in ways I would never have thought of (but fit our style perfectly.)
