I am very impressed with the level professionalism and the quality of merchandise at Ethan Allen. Store manager Gina Early took pictures of my living room which were referenced by Annie Fitzpatrick, my personal consultant. Annie found a fabric match that I doubted existed to pair with my decor. We have been customers of Ethan Allen for many years and recently went back to work with Monica who is a design expert to redo our Family Room. We always wanted more seating in the room and more of a functional family room for lounging and relaxing. Monica recommended a new layout with more seating and better more comfortable functional seating. She also incorporated two small Ottomans for seating and two new tables for the room. I have been a “patron” of Ethan Allen foot a number of years furnishing a number of homes on Long Island ( due to changes in residence) and in Boca Raton, FL. My experience with Ethan Allen was exeptional. I worked with Monica Lipton. Her attention detail, responsiveness to my questions and needs, walking me through the process of funishing multiple rooms, and sharing her expertise made my purchase well worth it. There were delays with production and we have seen all over the country and world. I have all of my items now and I am very pleased.
