I have been shopping in Ethan Allen for more than fifteen years. Recently I visited the store I met Nanette Baker the interior design consultant. She was really knowledgeable and talented. She guided me in the process to redecorate my bedroom I was so happy and satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Nanette I looking forward to work with you.

I have been shopping at Ethan Allen for years and recently switched to the Garden City store where I was fortunate to meet Anne Marie Diller. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful with my purchase. She also helped my mother with a purchase the week before. I would highly recommend this location and working with Anne Marie!

I purchased my living room set in Garden City store. The experience was great and our designer Amie Lee was very helpful. Due to the pandemic there was a delay in getting the furniture at the expected time. I was in touch repeatedly with Dawn Hawthrone and she was amazing on working with us, keeping us posted and getting out furniture as soon as she possibly could. My furniture arrived on Saturday and it look incredible.

Liz Greco, from Customer Service, and Dawn Hawthorne, the Design Sales Manager in the Garden City store, were both AMAZING! We had a problem with the original fabric that we purchased for our couch not wearing well. Without any fuss or arguments that had it replaced with different fabric. This is the way EVERY store and company should operate. I would highly recommend purchasing your furniture from Ethan Allen because they really stand behind their products.

I only made my purchase last night so my furniture won't be here for a couple of months but I had to leave a review about the service and assistance I recieved from the ladies at Ethan Allen, Garden City.
