Thomas R. I was so happy with the several pieces I purchased from Ethan Allen. A dining room table, china cabinet, and an entertainment cabinet. It has changed my house into a home. It turned a boring 1950’s house into something I am proud of. I was so happy to see the same delivery people who did a great job and a fantastic serviceman who made an adjustment on a door and most important of all Joanne who helped me find the right look for my house. I look froward to working with Ethan Allen in the near future.
My recent experience at Ethan Allen was very comforting. The design consultant Donna was great from start to finish. My wife and I were looking for a sofa and knew exactly what we wanted. We didn't feel rushed and the consultants weren't hovering over us like some of the other stores we visited. Donna was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. I highly recommend her. We are very pleased with our purchase.
Ethan Allen has always been great value for the money! Their products are made with the same integrity that their designers have. With the current pandemic, our family room furniture was really show signs of wear (15+ years). Having kids, we didn't spend a lot of time in the family room except for maybe weekends and holidays when there wasn't homework or sports/cheerleading practices to attend. I met Nanette Baker online while searching for design advice. She responded to me on the Ethan Allen chat window. The process was so easy and the website has tons of beautiful pictures so I could visualize what I wanted. Nanette helped me tweak the look, choose fabrics & pulled the design together with the expertise I was looking for. The furniture arrived as promised and I love every piece. She’s the best. Highly recommend her services and Ethan Allen’s quality. I’m truly enjoying my living room!

I’m very happy with my Ethan Allen experience. I had been starting to look at bedroom furniture and I emailed to ask some questions about delivery. Fate put me in the hands of Monica Lipton. She helped me through the whole process of replacing my bedroom furniture. It arrived yesterday and it looks great. The delivery men came early, they were very professional. They made it look easy. My husband and I just moved into our new apartment. We furnished it with all Ethan Allen items with the help of Alicia Kim, design consultant. Not only was she a delight to work with, but the whole staff was wonderful. The company is so professional. They call a day before to let you know what time your delivery will be and about a half an hour before they arrive. All items are wrapped and handled with care. My recent experience with Ethan Allen was nothing short of outstanding. Alicia K. was extremely accommodating in helping me select my living room sofa set. Her help with style, dimensions, and custom color/fabric selection made my whole experience relaxed and enjoyable! We had a wonderful experience at Ethan Allen in Garden City. We worked with Evelyn and she was extremely helpful when choosing our furniture for 2 rooms. She has a great eye for design and we are so happy with what we got. I would highly recommend her!
