I had Everdry Waterproofing done in the late 1980s in my home and last year had to have maintenance done due to a new well being drilled and disrupted the outside foundation. The gentlemen from Findlay office were fantastic with repairs. Also in the past Ive had my sump pumps replaced. All of this done as part of my warranty. A VERY GOOD ?? **** *., sevice manager, did a great job sealing additional cracks and installing additional straps to basement walls. He took time to explain things and what I should follow up on. He answered my questions and made suggestions on the downspouts on my house. He was very thorough unlike the installation team.
They did an amazing job and were very polite with treatment of my home. They just overall did great work.
**********************, *************** were on time, very polite, kind and informative. ***** kept us updated at least 3 times a day. These 4 plus a couple other guys worked very hard in 97 degree weather. My husband and I were very impressed with how much they finished in a little time. We went and checked around as they worked and offered water. They cleaned up everything above and beyond what was expected. They were very professional and we are very pleased with their work.

************ was very understanding of what needed to be done done. He explained in detail what was wrong now and what he would do to replace it. He was very courteous and spoke loudly enough to be heard and slow enough for me to understand. An outstanding employee.
I had some cracks that needed filled because of the work that was done a few weeks ago showed up on time explained everything to me very polite. I am pleased with the job so far
