Everdry in Findlay Ohio is under new management. My first experience with Everdry in Findlay was not the best. To keep this short the new manager Jackson has really upped their quality and level of service. ******and ******who were sent out to do the work were very professional and did a great job. Done a wonderful job. So very happy with Everdry since the installation.
Austin came right on time and looked at the problem. He was very polite and thorough. The work was completed efficiently and the area left very clean. He explained the problem and the corrections he made. I was very happy with all he did and trust that the problem has been solved. Thank you for the professional way you worked.
Not so good experience starting out, Jackson came out and resolved my issues. Very happy with the warranty team.
