I hired Everdry 20-21 years ago to waterproof my basement. I had started to take assignments away from home and my daughter was left to deal with the flooded basement.(which happened almost every spring) They did the work quickly and cleaned up all debris. We have had a dry basement except for one time many year later. The sump pump they had installed burned out. (That happens.) They came out and replaced the sump pump free of charge. It's been 2 years and the basement is dry and odor free. Everything is working as promised and that is what it's all about. Previous owner of property used them for the basement. Not only could we continue their warranty at $75/year, but they came out, looked the entire system over, and explained the settings for us as if WE were the ones that paid for the service. It's nice to know that good service does still exist! Would highly recommend.

I had my basement waterproofed 25 yr ago (1985) and renew the warranty each year. I have been very happy with their work, the only time I needed service to replace my sump pump they were very prompt in taking care of it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. *** *********

Our home was built in 1950's.We bought in 1991. With a steep hill in front, we never imagined that we would go to our finished basement to find water in the floor. My husband said we would have it taken care of. While moping up water, of course I panicked. But my husband call Everdry Waterproofing and got an estimate. We have had Ever Dry Basement Waterproofing for twenty years and live in a neighborhood with a high water table. We have had water a few times after the ground is saturated with water and the water backs up in the Garage and runs down the stairs to the basement. I wish we had waterproofed the Garage. The Sump Pump generally works very well. A prior company had not done an adequate job waterproofing and then we got Ever Dry some years later.

The Everdry system worked for us. After years of getting wet carpet in our basement following a rain, the Everdry system gave us a dry basement. After the installation we had some questions which were promptly answered and in the ten years since we had one sump pump replaced at no charge.

We had our basement waterproofed about 15 years ago , we renew our warranty every year and feel secure about the work that was done. We had the sump pump fail once and they came out and replaced it no questions asked. This is a great company!
