Everdry was a very simple, efficient and friendly company to work with. They came into our home and met with us to discuss all of our options. They provided photos and detailed descriptions of all of the different routes we could take to waterproof our basement area and improve the air quality in our home. They were willing to work with us on financing options and were able to complete the entire job in 2 1/2 days. We were very pleased with the results and are very happy to have found a company as knowledgeable as them.

Great company with great customer service! Their employees are on time, hard working and polite. Even when we've had issues from time to time with our system, which is five years old now, they've always been quick to respond to our concern and get someone out in a timely manner to resolve the issue. Our basement has never flooded again after the system was installed and we feel better about the air we breathe in our house with the circulating fan in place.

We contacted Everdry on account of some water seepage into our basement walls. The sales representative, Bill, was very thorough in his explanations and made sure we understood where our issues were and what work he believed needed to be done. We were able to have the work started much sooner than anticipated which was a plus for us as we were in the thick of the rainy season. I have been with Everdry Waterproofing for years. They Waterproofed the basement in 1985 and I have had zero problems since. No water seeping, no cracks, no mold. One sump pump replaced in all that time and no charge. I added on a battery backup pump a few years ago. great peace of mind. Plus the warranty is transferable to new owners.
