Make my basement dry like they promised. I should have called the Basement Doctor.
Not quality work at all. they have had to make several visits back out for various repairs. today I found yet another issue. they dont even use glue on the plumbing joints. Wouldn't ever recommend to anyone. very disappointed and stuck with a $20k bill.

Beware, if you hire Everdry items from your house may come up missing. We had an engagement ring, 25 Anniversary ring and a 35 Anniversary Ring stolen while Everdry crew was in our house. Other then the house owners, Everdry people were the only ones in the house when the rings were taken. All employees denied taking the rings, as would be expected. The companies response was that this was not their problem. Remain very very vigilant if you have them working on your house. This was a terrible experience.

Though the young men who came out to work were polite and steady workers they did not do half of what we were promised by the sales person. For the money we spent and the actual amount done we feel we were cheated. So if you see them at a fair like I did, be sure not to jump into anything. For soonrr service ( than 6 months ahead) you must hive up your rights to the 3 day thinking period and ability to cancel the contract. I signed up for the inspection and air quality test at the All Ohio Balloon Festival. Painless enough. I was not told my wife had to be present, take note of this. The following Tuesday, I received a courtesy call reminding me my appointment. Come Wednesday, no call no show. So I call them, and they tell me my appointment was filed incorrectly. The crew was very respectful and courteous and kind and that in itself has me torn. They did not do a very good job cleaning up. I spent a lot of time after they left cleaning up. they did my basement steps twice and I did them again this evening. They had used the hose in the drive way but my garage was so dirty I had to sweep it all out and then I hosed down my driveway. EVERDRY REVIEW They (@everdrywaterproofing) PUSHED for an appointment (at a recent show in Columbus) and demanded that my wife and I BOTH be there for the evening visit. I reluctantly agreed and set a date for them to inspect my basement. They even called this morning to confirm the 6pm appointment for this evening.
