When you order service, you can have it good, fast, or cheap and usually you only get to pick two. Everdry of Columbus wasn't cheap. Make sure you get competitive quotes for similar services. They were fast, the job was quoted for one week and it was done in under three days. Good depends on your point of view. For example, the sales process didn't mention the 9.99% interest on financing. We spent $22,000 on their basement system that is guaranteed for life to not leak, water still runs into the basement when it rains, drain pipes were not capped with screens so they are clogged and now the system isn't working properly. We called and have been waiting for a month, took time off of work, and a crew of two showed up but weren't given orders to fix the issue. We have a video of the water coming in and pictures of the poor wall cover installation.

Do NOT let this company into your home! This was the worse mistake we have ever made concerning our home! On August 8, 2019 EverDry's Salesmen came to our house to look at the leak in our basement. They lied to us about installing a system in our son's house, which convinced us to buy their system. It turned out that our son didn't use EverDry, he used The Basement Doctor. Incredibly rude staff. Asked for a quote. Called me back weeks later. Required that spouse and I both be present for a meeting “in case they had any other questions.” Husband works in healthcare and has odd hours. Told them repeatedly that spouse didn’t need to be there and even if he was, wouldn’t join the meeting anyway. Refused to schedule anytime other than 8pm so that he would be present. Everdry has been to our house no less than 4 times. Once they finished, we finished up our home renovation and put down carpet. I went down to check the crawl space to check my hot water heater and found water throughout. It has begun to ruin the brand new carpet we just had installed. Everdry chose not to trench the full perimeter of the crawl space because it was “too difficult.” The only reason I am using this company is because the previous owner had a transferable warranty with them. Two months after they did our basenent, their dual sump pump setup with battery backup failed completely and my basement had more rainwater over the entire floor than ever before. Right now I have to jostle the pump to get it to work. I don't know if the pumps were installed wrong or what, and they wouldn't come look at it today, so I get to spend the night making sure it runs when needed.

I have paid just about $28,000 for Everdry to start my basement in August and still not be finished to this day. The lack of concern for the customer service and extreme neglect in communication on their part with staff, management and yourself, WILL MAKE YOU REGRET EVER CHOOSING TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Update: After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Everdry has agreed to remedy all of the issues. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Everdry. Everdry worked on our basement 10 years ago. We had poured basement walls that were cracked and leaking water. French drains, an exhaust fan, a crawlspace sump pump, a battery backup sump pump, and carbon fiber reinforcements were installed.
