The basement is still dry, even after years of having it done. I've had no issues.

They were very professional and the job was done well with no major issues.
The product is still holding true and keeping water out of the basement several years after application. They do an annual check on the waterproofing if you want them to come out on location and the serviceman who came to my house was very patient and thorough to educate me on the system since it was installed prior to my purchase of the house. I would definitely recommend this company for all your needs for waterproofing!! Reliable, dependable and professional!!!

We bought a house that had ever dry work done; we assumed the lifetime warranty and have renewed it twice now. We had the company come out to do some additional warranted work and they were great from scheduling to the technicians who came out -friendly, customer oriented, and great cleanup. The basement remains dry and the walls have been successfully reinforced. The lifetime warranty is very reassuring and we are thankful to have it. EverDry is a worthy investment.

All of the guys were very friendly and professional, they got the work done quicker than expected (only took a little over a half a day). They had to dig around most of my house to do the waterproofing but you can hardly even tell. They worked with me on financing to make the payments doable for me. The foreman, Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything and walking me through what they would be doing. We moved about 4 yrs ago and the home warranty included Everdry for 1 year. Well the basement needed a huge major repair we called Everdry and expected a lot of hassle and a huge bill that’s what we get for buying an older home we thought.... well Everdry showed up almost immediately and they said even though that particular patch job was not theirs that failed they could fix it and a fraction of the price of the bad patch job! Everdry was a very simple, efficient and friendly company to work with. They came into our home and met with us to discuss all of our options. They provided photos and detailed descriptions of all of the different routes we could take to waterproof our basement area and improve the air quality in our home. They were willing to work with us on financing options and were able to complete the entire job in 2 1/2 days. Great company with great customer service! Their employees are on time, hard working and polite. Even when we've had issues from time to time with our system, which is five years old now, they've always been quick to respond to our concern and get someone out in a timely manner to resolve the issue. Our basement has never flooded again after the system was installed and we feel better about the air we breathe in our house with the circulating fan in place.

We contacted Everdry on account of some water seepage into our basement walls. The sales representative, Bill, was very thorough in his explanations and made sure we understood where our issues were and what work he believed needed to be done. We were able to have the work started much sooner than anticipated which was a plus for us as we were in the thick of the rainy season.
