1. Questions took days to be answered 2. The lock in rate was very convoluted - I understand it was a TX Vet, however it varied from the website. It was almost as if the rate was going down which in essence did not fit the agenda and would cause Crestmark to lose money once they sold the loan. We were given 30 day, 30-45 days, and 37 days. 3.
