Our overall experience was satisfactory, though it could have been better. Our original closing date was scheduled for August 31st, and fortunately, we had proactively requested to move it to September 5th. One concern we had was receiving a notification on a Thursday evening over Labor Day weekend requesting additional information, with a deadline of the following Monday. Sorry I was very satisfied with the overall experience I had with the way everything was handle by my loan officer, he was very professional and handle my case very smoothly in a time frame. I would recommend anyone to him anytime. I love his motivation, and very persistent to make my case heard and dedication tohis duty to get my loan approved in a timely manner.
