Overall the job was good. They did miss some spots in my daughter's bedroom. A very small area. The guys were great .very professional.

I was very happy until the carpet dried. When I had the lights all on and got a chance to REALLY look, there are still stains and some spots not hit. We really like Devon! I hope you keep him and we see him next year when carpet cleaning time comes.
Agent was on time, communicated effectively, and did a great job on cleaning our carpets in a timely manner. Was very cooperative about going over a couple of areas that I thought needed extra attention. This was our second time using Evergreen and we would recommend them.
