The pump in the van broke which caused a delay in finishing the cleaning. Also I felt they rushed to finish the stairs and downstairs areas.

Chris was super nice and knowledgeable. It would have been good to know more in advance what had to be moved, whether it not EG provided the man power to move items, how items left would be protected, how long the carpet needed to dry... Forwarded is forearmed.
The technician was ahead of schedule, so that's always a bonus. He politely explained his process and got right to work. In no time at all, our carpets were clean and bright.
The job was done in a most professional manner leaving my carpets looking great again. Despite having tracking marks it came up very well. Booking the job was effortless and was scheduled just two days out on the day of my choosing. We'll done Evergreen!
