I am a brand new customer and am very impressed with Evergreen so far! Joe Blackburn was my sales rep - he explained services completely and did not pressure me in any way. He was patient and thorough - a fantastic experience! He walked me through the best time and how long to water my lawn - even walked me through (remotely) setting the timer on my system. Zach has been my servicing technician for quite sometime, His work ethic, attitude and customer service are stellar. He represents his company in a most professional manner, something not offered or seen in other lawn service companies. I like the fact that he actually knocks on my door to lets me know what type of service he'll do and if I have any questions.
My lawn specialist from Evergreen is Onyx and he does an amazing job! I highly recommend him. I 've never had such stellar service. I moved to Florida a year ago and it's been hard to find people who take pride in their work and honor their word. Onyx not only does both of these things but also he goes above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very appreciative of Evergreen and how well they take care of our lawn. I'm very happy to give them 5 stars!!!
Zack serviced our lawn/shrubs yesterday. I can't comment on the results of your product....yet... it's too soon for that! But I can compliment Zack on his professionalism, product knowledge and friendliness. He walked the property with us and listened to all of our concerns. He even gave us a helpful tip regarding mowing the lawn. We were pleased with his service and hope to see him again.
I'm working with Zack and he takes care of anything that needs to be addressed . My lawn looks really pretty and the flowers are always blooming and my trees have nice color.
They are always friendly and professional. The tech that came out today, Avery was friendly, courteous and did a great job. Florida lawns are not easy and ours is a challenge but they keep it looking pretty good for what it is. You really can't beat the cost as well. Cheaper than other guys. Thank you!
