You could provide the service you are contracted to provide and improve the customer service. I have had an account with you for years at two different addresses and the recent customer service and lack of actual service to my lawn has dropped off significantly. I have not received service for several months even though I pre-paid for such. unreliable, unprofessional (cannot even identify weeds) and do an overall pathetic job of weed control. Best is to do it yourself.
Not a fan. My yard is worst than it started. Each time they came out, a different part of my lawn would die. Only to be replaced with weeds. They spray about 3 feet up the fence, and I am done with them. Just thought you should know.
