I’m so grateful for Shannon and the team at EvolvE. Cryo, compression therapy, and their sauna pod have been crucial to keeping my body feeling great for training. Yesterday I tried cupping and acupuncture for the first time with Andrew. He was intuitive and his treatments healed some issues I’ve been having in my back and neck for a month. Crazy!
