I have never done anything like this before, but I decided to take a chance and finally looked into the hype. OH MY GOODNESS!! What a fantastic experience :) Service? Great. I got the Cryo, compression, and oxygen services and it was perfect. I would suggest everyone begin ASAP

Shannon and her amazing team has always made me feel special and welcomed. I would definitely say they have great customer service. I've been there several times and have loved it every visit.
I loved it sweet alyssa stayed a few minutes late to let me breathe and relax which I needed so much!
Did my first Cryo therapy and it was amazing. The staff did a great job of explaining everything and the process. It was invigorating! -200 degrees f and being from Minnesota, it was cold. Afterwards I got a free 30 minutes of compression therapy and did my legs, which after a grueling leg workout the days prior, made them feel refreshed.
