RecommendedI have never done anything like this before, but I decided to take a chance and finally looked into the hype. OH MY GOODNESS!! What a fantastic experience :) Service? Great. I got the Cryo, compression, and oxygen services and it was perfect. I would suggest everyone begin ASAP

RecommendedDid my first Cryo therapy and it was amazing. The staff did a great job of explaining everything and the process. It was invigorating! -200 degrees f and being from Minnesota, it was cold. Afterwards I got a free 30 minutes of compression therapy and did my legs, which after a grueling leg workout the days prior, made them feel refreshed. I will say, that I am glad I didnt get an over the top sales pitch afterwards, a simple "let us know if you have any questions" was enought to get me to come back in the future. Thank... read more
