This ER was by far one of the BEST places I've been too from the time I entered until the time I left...EVERYBODY was amazing Nurses, Doctors, Clerks everything...I will most definitely visit again if needed #VeryPleasedPatient #GreatStaff

I was very pleased with my visit to Excel ER this past weekend. I was seen and diagnosed quickly. RN April Adams and Dr. Efune were personable and professional and made me feel relaxed and well-taken care of. I would highly recommend Excel ER if you are in need of emergency medical services.

Had the best experience here!!! My husband hurt his eye they made him, me, and our two children extremely comfortable! They gave us snacks and drinks stuff for my 5 year old to color with. Also we where in and out in less then an hour!! Highly recommended!!!

The facility and staff were amazing here. They provided a comfortable environment for their customers and went above and beyond to make the experience the best it could be considering it is an ER. The doctor even walked the RX over to CVS to be filled while we waited. My family has had quite the experience with ER'S and I can honestly say this has been the best experience ever. You are highly recommended and Thank You Excel ER for coming to Nacogdoches.
