ExcelER was a pleasant experience even though I had to get cut. Jeff is kind and polite, very professional and competent The nurses are the best anywhere. I was in good hands and out in 45 minutes. There is no need to go anywhere else for a doctor.
Never go here. I came in for a fly test and they stuck me with two deprecate bills for one visit: over $700 for a flu test!! It was absolutely ridicules.
I like their staff but the price to glue a cut on the forehead cost $800.
I haven’t had to use them as of yet however I know a lot of the nurses and dr that work there, from wiring with them myself and they are great group of people that actually care about their patients.
Charged a ridiculous amount for flu test. The doctor took in my wife as I was filling out paperwork. She had a 103+ fever. They proceeded to do 4 or 5 blood test each 400+ a piece. A strep throat test for 300+ and then (in the middle of flu season) they give her a flu test as the last test. These people were taking advantage of her while she was confused and I wasn't in there. The staff is great, very attentive. The bill however was crazy! For pain meds, scans, and use of a bed for 23 hours totalled a bill right at $30,000 dollars. I recieved a first hand schooling of why insurance rates are through the roof. Update: I was called and said I would get a refund on some of the out of pocket expense, that I should expect a check in six weeks. It has been ten weeks and they won't return my private messages.
