All the workers were very kind and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job of cleaning up our mess after the flood. Frankie, Gustavo and Adrian went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They were very kind and did everything possible to mitigate our damage in the best way possible.
Justin and Marcel did an unbelievable job cleaning up a sewer backup. They left no evidence that anything had gone so wrong the day before, besides the clean smell and hum of the dryers. I’m really grateful for those two gentlemen, the project manager Nathan, and for Excel Restoration. I hope to never need you again, but you’re the first place I’ll call if I do.
