My water softener malfunctioned very early in a Sunday morning. The plumber who responded recommended Excel Restoration and connected me with them. Within two hours of the call, Luke was at my condo to assess the water damage to my condo and the unit below me. Your workers were very professional and accommodating. It made us sick that the basement had to be torn about but they did a very good job! We were pleased with the job they did!
