Justin, Marcel & Kevin were incredible! I found mold in my bathroom & called Excel. They had someone out here to assess within 24 hr After doing a thorough exam, Kevin diagnosed the problem & explained everything in detail. They were able to get a team out here at my convenience. When Justin & Marcel came to do the remediation, they explained what they were going to do & kept me informed throughout the process. They were so nice & answered all my questions & concerns. Tim was very helpful. He explained everything as he went along. If it wasn't for him I would be putting my kids in danger. The filth was all in the laundry room, closet and TV room where I have a playroom for the kids. Once this is complete I will be able to relax also knowing that we're all safe from that filth. Frankie, Gustavo, and Eric were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, informative, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. From containing the water damage and setting up plastic barriers, to carefully moving furniture, sanitizing, and handling the demo of the carpet, wood flooring, and drywall — they went above and beyond. This team was a pleasure to work with, and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!
