The response time was incredible, especially since there were so many people affected in our area . Jay was our project manager, who was very caring and professional . . Pavlo and Juan worked harder than anyone I have ever seen. Everyone was very respectful and showed concern with our property, and we as the home owners. Chris was terrific and explained all he would be doing. His helpmate Enrique was also very helpful and hard working. Nate explained all each time we have called him several times to clarify procedure.
Nate and Matt are exceptional! There was a minor water leak from a brand new washing machine in my recently remodeled laundry room, that traveled underneath brand new custom cabinetry that was installed just 3 days prior as well as squeezing under the quarter round baseboards in part of the room. While the leakage was fairly minor, it was major for me and both Nate and Matt were kind and understanding, traveled to my home on a Friday night and their expertise saved my brand new cabinets and laundry room from further damage.... read more
