The entire staff was terrific. They very busy treating two emergencies. The staff explained why it was taking longer to be seen. They were courteous and friendly. The Dr I saw gave me a clear explanation of my treatment plan. He explained when to seek medical help again if my condition did not improve.

Went here in May . The waiting room was freezing!! The triage nurse was not very friendly. We got into the room it was just as cold as the waiting room, when mentioning how cold it was, we weren't even offered a blanket. The Paramedic who did lab work and vitals was nice enough, and she provided me a sheet, not a blanket cause they were out. My husband was also cold. No one cared. I saw the RN only 2 times she did nothing but provide a breathing treatment, didnt come in and check on us at all. The doctor was ok, just ok. Spe... read more

The worst care I have ever gotten I will never return to this place wound up going to a banner hospital was admitted for 3 days where exceptional told me I was fine where it turns out I have all sorts and all kinds of things wrong with me but according to exceptional I was fine so the worst care ever

This place should be shut down. Staff are inadequate and the girl in reception with the messed up lips because of too many lip fillers is the rudest person. People would rather drive to casa grande or chandler than to deal with rude staff that this facility has. Stay away from here!!

Just a couple days ago my daughter was told to go to this ER because she was spotting and was pregnant and they could give her an ultrasound we were all scared and bracing for bad news the Dr there took blood urine and did a pelvic exam, said that all looked good (whatever that means) but did not know where the blood was coming from even asked her if she was sure if it was coming from her vagina? One of the worst hospital ever seen in my life. You people call it an emergency bullshit it took me 6 hours to see an doctor. 1 hour to register . The receptionist over there she don't no how to talk in proper manner to the patient very rude and negative attitude. Playing around laughing so loud with the nurse I was like wtf is going on and offcourse I think even the doctor is having fun inside are he might be sleeping . 7 hours to see a doctor I have all the proof with I have records the video.
