What a joke! Drive the extra 30 minutes for care. my husband went in because he had cut his fingers up on a hedge trimmer and we waited an hour before we were even seen by the nurse to do vitals she comes out and looks at my husband's fingers and has the nerve to tell him that they're not as bad as she thought as he had paper towels wrapped around his fingers soaked in blood. I came in for a covid test and it took 3 hours and still didn't get the results till the next day. This was ridiculous, I thought. My last test I got at my Dr office a month before took a total of 30 minutes. And got results before I left her office.

If you have a true emergency do NOT go there. My son age 5 went for difficulty breathing and wheezing. We sat there for four hours prior to them taking his o2 (vitals) he was down to 77 and they sent him back to the waiting area for another two hours. We ended up leaving without being seen as more emergencies rolled in. People opted out of treatment due to the wait.
