Went there at about 2am on Jan 2, 2022 with a sore throat and a congested cough. 2 people ahead of me, but the wait wasn’t long at all. The staff was friendly and helpful with all the Medicare paperwork, and the nurse who took me into a room was cheerful, but professional. I have major health issues, and the Dr. listened to me! It was Omicron, we discussed my options, and then I was on my way home and isolation. I would definitely recommend Exceptional ER!
