Went in for a COVID test... first thing I loved was the cleanliness in the waiting room, friendly staff , nurses were good.
Had a medical emergency late Sunday afternoon while staying in South Padre. Called Exceptional, verified they could take care of me, and drove to Brownsville. Within 30 minutes I saw the doctor and was in the hands of a wonderful nurse. She took care of my issue efficiently and effectively while chasing away my worries. “Exceptional” is not just a name! 🙏
I just came from this place and I can’t say enough good things on how well I was treated. Nurse Emma was absolutely amazing as was every single other staff member there. Health care at its best. Keep up the great work and amazing customer and patient service.
Exceptional is the correct word for this place. I always go here when I have an emergency. My emergencies have been kidney stones twice in a year and they have ease my pain right away. no wait time. plus they place me in a private room with a private bathroom accessible to me for my needs. Thank you for assisting me in my worst times. Your staff and doctors are great.

When you're in pain you cant wait one or two hours to be called in. they take me in right away and ease my suffering. plus you haveva private room which includes the bathroom well equipped like in my case.
