don't help everyone just only ppl with certain insurance which is demeaning and wrong ...I had an accident on my way home after being turned away cuz of Medicaid...I c nothing exceptional about this hospital and of course there's lil to no wait...cuz no one's ever there long enough just to get ur vitals and turn u away if ur insurance isn't the one they accept😏😔
RecommendedThe front desk is not knowledgeable at all. Because of this it delayed getting my treatment for a dog bite. As heart transplant recipient my transplant coordinator left me a message to get an antibiotic due my compromised immune system. The Doctor thought an antibiotic was unnecessary. I had to play the message to the doctor in order to get the antibiotic shot.
RecommendedFriday I had planned to go see my friend Jaime De La Garza go play they were the opening band for the Palomino's, but threw out the day, I felt off my head hurt bad like it was going to explode, I brushed it off first several days , but my boss Sylvia Garza Perez insisted I go get checked maybe my blood pressure was high, I continued to work then an hr later it just got worse , Edward Bustos and Douglas Olivares-Bartley @ Exceptional ER on Alton Gloor treated me with wonderful care ,the CTScan showed no oxygen to the br... read more

We have waited over an hour in the exam room. I can understand when an ER room is packed but there was no one here at the time we arrived. X-ray was done right away but everything else took too long. It’s been 2 hours now and no Dr has come into the exam room as of yet

WORST ER EVER! Took my 3 y/o today around 3 with a broken femur, crying in pain and the receptionist told me I had to wait my turn that there were 2 people in front of me and first one had been waiting for about 15-20 mins and had not been called yet. When I asked her if they would follow same procedure if I walked in bleeding her response was "yes, you would need to wait for your turn to be seen."
