I am so grateful I chose Exceptional ER for my medical emergency! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I received excellent care that seemed specified for my individual treatment. The Dr really talks with you, listens to any questions you may have and explained things thoroughly! The entire staff makes things so much easier in an emergency!

The female nurse was rude. She kept saying, “ so you are here for a cough?” I was having trouble breathing & have been sick for 6 weeks now. I could tell that she did not want to be there. She contradicted the dr….she said that 2 of the meds weren’t going to help me anyway. She also did not have a name tag on. I was sitting in a chair not feeling well. I had to ask her if I could lay down after she put the IV in. (She seemed very lazy). I feel like she didn’t approve of me being there for a “cough”. The physician ... read more

Staff was super sweet and very professional and was very caring. I most definitely would go back there if I ever need their services. The facility was spotless. I was very impressed.
