I fileted my pinkie finger and I was promptly seen. I understand that that’s why they call it an emergency center and I’ll have to pay for that kind of service, but I don’t like waiting, especially when my finger is fileted like it was. 5 out of stars because the service was just exceptional.
Got right in they took excellent care of me it was greatly appreciated

This team was AMAZING. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people. This was not the typical experience you usually get at an E.R. They listened and explained every test I was going to have. They took the time to educate me about the problems I was having and what the plan of action would be to resolve these issues. This team really went above and beyond for me.
Everything from start to finish was GREAT! The staff is AMAZING and very helpful! It is so nice to get comfort and answers so quickly and so close to home. The crew on Wednesday night was even MORE exceptional than normal!!!

Excellent service, and very professional.
Everyone was Friendly and very professional. It was a Sunday mid day I had fallen the night before and was concerned because I had hit the back of my head pretty hard. I also had pretty bad cut on my arm. I received the best care I could imagine from Dr. Stewart and the RN and X-ray tech along with the lady at the desk I won’t hesitate to refer anyone to Exceptional Emergency Center on Coulter. You are well named !
The staff was very friendly very pleasant easy to talk to very concerned about how I was feeling overall it was a very good experience I would highly recommend it
