The floors look great! The sales person and the installers were friendly and knowledgeable. We started off a little rocky with them showing up on time and neither the manager or the installer let me know, even after numerous calls and texts. After we established that texting me 30 minutes before arrival, things went smoothly the rest of the week.
Joey was very professional and provided us with a great price to re-carpet our bedrooms. We scheduled out a couple of weeks, but he was willing to get the work done within the week. Looking forward to actually getting the work done!

I would like to recognize Jimmy Yates for his great customer service skills. He is a people person. I would also like thank Edil and crew. What great group, you can tell there a lot of knowledge there. They had some leveling work to do but, they knew what to do and got to it. We had carpet and laminate flooring installed. JR and his crew did an awesome job. They were professional, lively, quick and very skilled. We love our floors. Our 1 issue is the salesman who basically disappeared after the sale. We only had 1 question and were referred to the main number. Not good. We eventually got our answer. This 5 Star rating is for the crew who installed our new floors. Great job, great work guys.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Jesus Garcia was the personification of professionalism and great work ethic. I work from home and have conference calls and the gentlemen made sure that there no interruptions and quickly installed 3 rooms and stairs in half a day!!! Amazing!!!! Will definitely work with again! And would recommend to all of my friends!
