The consultation with Kyle Hoffman went fantastic. We were told our installers would arrive between 9-11 but they didn't show until about 11:30. They were not prepared with shoe coverings required to protect a carpeted area and did not have equipment needed to address any subfloor issues. They were not able to understand English very well and called the original installer Clemente - who was of no help. It turns out Clemente was already working at a different site. Eddie and Miguel, our engineered hardwood layers were done excellent and very knowledgeable. They were very careful Moving furniture. Paid attention to details. Our carpet layers were equally considerate and professional. The jobs were nothing short of spectacular. Thanks. I might add one comment and that is to Ask about leveling needs with your sales person. Don’t get caught with a surprise fee. 😉

I was really impressed with the crew that was sent to install my carpeting. They went to work right away, they moved the heavy furniture and wasted no time. The work was done perfectly. They cleaned up everything and vacuumed when they were done. I will definitely use the again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The installers are knowledgeable, professionals that did an amazing work of art to my entire house flooring needs. Eddie, our contractor maintained continual updates as the work progressed as well as included us in the decision making process. Each evening prior to leaving, they setup for the next day, cleared areas of debris, briefed us about timelines, and what we could expect to happen next.
