I am very pleased with my new floor and the Express Flooring experience. From my design consultant Minh to my installer Joel and every representative that reached out to me, the experience was perfect. Installers were fantastic, worked very hard, on time everyday for 4 days, cleaned the mess before they left everyday. Hauled all the trash away daily. Did a great job on vinyl planks, payed attention to details. The salesman was ok. Didn’t return phone call. Mrs. Dorthy in installation was great and took care of problem the Salesman should have taken care of. Over all would recommend Express Flooring.

My sales person was Troy Jarrett. He was friendly, fast and beat the competitors price out the gate. He was very straight forward with me and gave me goodie bags for the dogs! 😊
