Express Flooring Houston, did a great job replacing my 15 year old carpet with vinyl flooring in four rooms. Looks great love it. The installers were very personable and good they did the flooring with great expertise. I would recommend them. Price was reasonable. Thank you Sylvia Burleson

The flooring I purchased in April was sub standard and neither I nor Express had any idea until it was laid. The seams were raised and scuff marks were all over it. The challenge for me came with the time it took to resolve the issue. It is now the .end of August and the new, better floor was laid this weekend. The customer service was excellent and I never felt ignored. I am super happy I chose Express and will refer my friends to them because of their follow through. Excellent service and flooring.
Troy arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us to help us get the right carpeting at the right price. We were very happy with Troy and Express flooring, will call on them for future needs and refer them to friends and family.

My initial impression was less than excitement due to the fact that the 'sales consultant' was only interested in getting the sales by outdated sales techniques..."you must sign up today to receive all the discounts". This was said before he even showed me samples or measured house....I followed up with the company and connected with Eric, Regional Manager...and he came out, listened to my needs, showed me a sample of a 30 yr carpet that met my wife's needs and the measurements were taken, install scheduled and check written... read more
