John came out and measured the areas to be painted. He provided me a quote for the repair of the living room ceiling and to have the living room, front foyer, upstairs hallway, and kitchen ceilings painting. <br /> Jason contacted me and set up an appointment for Thursday to repair and paint my ceilings. He told me it would be about 1 to 1 1/2 days to finish. His crew came out on Thurs about 8:30 am and started getting everything ready. I showed them what needed repaired and what needed painted. The expansion tank above my hot water heater broke and caused a lot of staining from water damage on my ceiling. I called Express Yourself Paint and they called me back without delay, came out to do the estimate and we scheduled the job. Covered all the household items with drop clothes, super nice people and were in and out in a couple of hours. I would not hesitate to use these folks again. <br />
The general paint quality was good but the cut in work in the stairwell modeling and dining room was sloppy. There was a lot of clean up work required so the guys had to come back. They did come right away and did a much better job cleaning up the details and getting the paint of the floors. I did notice many weeks later the stairwell handrail has not been painted on the underside which surprised me. This tells me they really rushed to get thru and it showed. Express Yourself Painters did an excellent job with our home. Tim, Chris and Mike arrived promptly and were extremely professional and courteous. They took great care in ensuring our hardwood floors and furniture were completely covered and protected and they completely cleaned up any residual mess from the spackling and sanding. We were very pleased with Express Yourself and would definitely use them again for any future painting jobs. <br />
<p>The painter got to the job on time.</p> <p>Prepped all walls and doors. and prepared floor before painted.</p> <p>He would ask me questiona long the way.</p> <p>He was not satifisfied with acertain place on the wall so he redid the work.</p> <p>My mother will you this company again.</p> <p>They did a wonderful job on the room the painted.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />
Second time I have sued them and I have to say they are good and I am a perfectionist. I had the outside painted years ago by a group without getting good references and was disappointed. Angie's list has an A rating for them for a reason they are good. They did perform some dry wall ceiling work that was not exactly the level I would have done but on a painting they do an outstanding job.I used Benjamin Moore Aura paint in the house on the walls and BM ultra flat on the ceiling withSherwin Williams on the crown. Tim and Chris of Express Yourself Paint arrived on time and ready to work. They immediately started removing the wallpaper. After scraping it all off, they repaired and prepped the walls for painting. It took both men most of the day to get this done. The second day, Tim, Chris and Mike arrived. Chris and Tim sanded smooth the upper dining room walls which had the wallpaper removed and they looked good as new!
