left multiple paint splotches (some quite large) on the screens, missed <br /> finishing a windowsill, Did come back and complete the job after i <br /> called but then left pushy voice mail about my failure to pay when job <br /> was done ( i was waiting for it to be cleaned up) <br /> Also scheduling seemed disorganized <br />

Touch ups were performed directly after being brought to our attention. Terms of EYP contract requires payment the day completed. Invoice sent June 1st Touch ups completed and re-invoiced client on June 2nd Client paid June 8th thus the reminder call to pay
I either spoke or emailed the company contact, and remember that there was a scheduling or coverage issue, over which they were supposed to get back with me. I don't believe there was any communication after that. I don't have any reason to believe that the provider wouldn't have done a good job, it just never happened which is the reason for the "B" (really, not enough information would be my choice).

I contacted several painters from Angie's List requesting price quotes. I received 3 price quotes and chose Express Yourself Paint. They were not the least expensive, but I felt the most comfortable with them. The work crew was available within days of my signing the contract with the company. They arrived on time, wasted no time setting up their drop clothes and patching holes. It took the crew a much shorter amount of time than anticipated. Great group of guys. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up each evening. They were willing to answer any questions I had and offered suggestions when I was unsure what to paint in the room. Next time we need a painter we know who to call. Love having nice clean ceilings and the office is beautiful. <br />

I was impressed with this company from the start, when the estimator, John, came to our house. He showed us a powerpoint presentation that explained information about the company's philosophies, safety standards, insurance of workers, etc. He talked with us about different types of paint, and also let us borrow the Sherwin Williiams complete color wheel, even before he knew if we were going to hire them.
