After consulting with another billing company, the over billing is a fact - or rather - the selected items for the bills are overlapped across several items, especially for a same day billing. As a result, I cannot use my benefits this year due its 12 mon / 6 mon policy per item listed that are available to me. Dr. Alexis Aguil does a great job at cleaning, but he does not seem to care for patients who do not have dental insurance and may have financial concerns. He made me feel a bit uncomfortable throughout my visits and missed two cavities during a cleaning because he did not feel the need to tell me since I previously was concerned about payments on former cavities. I decided book an appointment for a couple fillings and a week later, his office called and cancelled saying that I would be better served by another dentist.

Update: Dr. Aguil and his clinical staff are spectacular. Truly amazing. I even ran into Dr. Aguil once outside of patient setting, and it was a pleasure to greet each other. I trust his work, and the gentle care of is clinical staff. His administrative staff on the other hand are the opposite. The front office had a high turnover of font office staff, which made it difficult to schedule appointments. And, the Office Manager has NO customer service. First off DDS Alexie Aguil gives incentives for patients whom write nice posts. I should know. I was a patient for a long time. Until he messed up a couple of my teeth. He also overcharged me. IF YOU DO GO TO HIM. DO NOT WEAR A NICE WATCH!! Agreed upon rates with insurance, that had been checked prior to starting the work on my teeth. These rates wear never seen again LOL.
