Best place to live I have lived in Exton Crossing with my two roommates for over a year now. We renewed our lease for another year because of how please we are with the friendly and helpful staff, great amenities (including a beautiful pool that we went to every summer weekend), and our spacious and updated apartment. If any issues arise in our apartment, the staff is able to fix them same day. Because of the proximity to the Chester Valley Trail, my roommates and I are able to bike to work, a hobby that we thoroughly enjoy.... read more

Exton property is best place i have ever lived!!! Exton Crossings is the best! I've lived here about 7 months and couldn't be happier. Management is fantastic - they have events all the time. The property is beautiful and well kept. Very quiet and just what we were looking for. Thought is was worth a review because they have exceeded my expectations.

Excellent place!! Amazing place to live! Very spacious apartment and comfortable community to live by. Next to the walking trail and near to the shopping malls and grocery stores. Loving this place!!

Great Very beautiful and peaceful community with good access to stores. Recently moved and I am absolutely impressed. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, noise is practically non existent. I would recommend anyone who wants a quiet and spacious community go consider Exton Crossing.

Feels like a home NOT an apartment ! The community speaks for itself with its superior "neighborhood" feel. I go on walks in the development daily and feel so safe and it really DOES NOT feel like an apartment community at all. Each unit is private entry, extremely spacious, and maintenance is quick to respond. Madison Exton Crossing These apartments will make you feel like you are living in a town home. There is a great sense of community and it is a dog lover's paradise (we have two)! They are quick to help with any issues you may have inside your home. The only downside is the place is quite pricey. They raise your rent quite a bit when you go to renew your lease. It's Worth Every Arm and Leg you $ Beautiful and spacious second floor apartment with vaulted ceiling that give the feeling of being in your own house. First Floor Blues at Madison Exton Crossing My advice is this: don't live on the first floor unless you want to hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. In addition, the water pressure is so high the pipes rattle behind the walls when someone is turning on the shower. That's no fun when your neighbor has to be at work at 4 am! Other than that, beautiful neighborhood, great location and the layout of our first floor two bedroom apartment is awesome.
