I had my storage unit at the Lakewood location for about 3 years. Setting it up was easy and closing it out was easy - office staff is awesome. The place was always clean and maintained fairly well - my only complaint was that the security fence was broken for almost a year and the price of my unit went up 5-6 times. But it served its purpose, so overall and compared to other places in the area, it was good. Thank you!

The Manager Becky was extremely helpful. I was able to do my paperwork over the phone which was great due to the fact that I was driving back from Texas and would immediately need a storage space for one of my vehicles. When going over the contract with Becky, she was very thorough with explaining everything. I never felt pressure to buy their lock or to purchase insurance that I didn't need after letting her know that my homeowners insurance was sufficient. If you've ever rented elsewhere then you understand what I'm saying. The staff is extremely professional with exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend Extra Space for your storage needs.
