Facility manager took the time to determine my needs. Showed me multiple units so that I can find the nest fit and value.
The process was simple enough. The staff were always helpful and respectful.

Extra Space provided everything I needed at a price equal or lower than any other storage facility I looked at. And they were right around the corner.
Extra Space Storage seems to have its act together. Good online presence. Clean and friendly office experience. Clean storage areas. Competitive rates. Easy in and out of gate. Only downer is the storage roll-up door is hard to operate.
