Having driven over an hour to get my stuff back to my storage unit I realised I didn’t have my keys!!! Amanda came to the rescue with a plan to get me in and 5 minutes later the door was up. Thank you for saving me so much aggravation.

I never needed a storage shed before, but they made it so easy and fun! the owner, was kind and patient with all my questions. If you need to declutter, your home or garage, or your new home is not ready, and you need to store your furniture and personal belongings like me, they are the best in town!!! First month is free!!!!

Gary was very helpful and professional. Went through instructions and was patient in repeating items. Facility was straightforward and clean. Took a couple minutes to figure out the lock, but Gary’s tip was helpful.

Super helpful. We were moving back to New Jersey and did the whole process over the phone. He called me when my size unit was available and walked me through the process over the phone and BOOM we were done

Had three leaks from the roof in the pull up outdoor unit, however, staff was very accommodating and easy to work with and had the issue fixed promptly. Unfortunately, there is old fire instillation up in the ceiling still, and it drops down on to your belongs ALOT. Lastly, with my experience having a drive up storage unit here, with no perishable items in the unit, we were still experiencing mice eating through boxes and eating anything they could up to even clothes. Moved out once going into the unit and mouse droppings were everywhere. The staff is super friendly, and the facility is kept clean, so instead of moving to a different facility, we moved to two other units that are indoor and not pull ups in hopes that these problems will not continue.
