Customer service is very important to me. Every time I called I spoke to a professional who was able to help. I even left a voicemail one time and they got back to me the same day. The facility is very clean and both my units work fine.
Super helpful. We were moving back to New Jersey and did the whole process over the phone. He called me when my size unit was available and walked me through the process over the phone and BOOM we were done
Had three leaks from the roof in the pull up outdoor unit, however, staff was very accommodating and easy to work with and had the issue fixed promptly. Unfortunately, there is old fire instillation up in the ceiling still, and it drops down on to your belongs ALOT. Lastly, with my experience having a drive up storage unit here, with no perishable items in the unit, we were still experiencing mice eating through boxes and eating anything they could up to even clothes. The staff members are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The unit was spotless. They even provide hand carts. Very well lit hallways. Very safe location. I wouldn't rent a storage space anywhere else going forward.
