Valdet was most friendly & professional ..Explained everything clearly to me ..I recently called Christine with some questions...She,too, couldn't have been nicer! She answered all my questions to my satisfaction ..Both are true assets to the Extra Space Storage Family!
Manager (Valdet) on site was great, very helpful and informative. He made the process painless and simple. Did not try to oversell. This was in the Howell NJ location. Price was fair for the space.

I live and rent storage out of JacksonNJ County Line Road. Every Month I travel To Howell to pay storage fees.. A few times I went to Jackson to pay it was closed. I had several problems their , only thing that comes to mind is terrible ! I called the 800 umber and they sent me to Howell. The customer service is always outstanding.
