Everything i have to say about Extra Space Storage and Jim the manager is 100% satisfaction with the excellant customer service provided and a very friendly atmosphere. The building is always imaculate and very clean throughout. Jim is such a blessing and helps to keep all our deliveries for our business in order and that is such a big help, i would recomend you try there service for yourself and experiance all this for yourself. I am moving to the area and I needed to rent a storage unit. I went online and found this one close to my new place. The next morning I received a call from Bill. Bill welcomed me, thanked me as a customer and then helped me set up monthly pay and answered all my questions. Later that day the place fell through and I called to cancel the unit. Great Staff! Great Hours! Great units! I've stored here many times over many years. Repeat customer for life with my family and friends all getting sent here. Great loading dock and elevator. The building is super beautiful too, little glimpse into the factory's that our families used to work and own. Never had any bug issues, or leaks, or mold. And the radio is always on and helps you not go mad, while moving ten years of junk
Excellent Service and great facility - good access and easy to navigate! Melvin went above and beyond - getting me a good rate and being knowledgeable about what was available and when. He was efficient in setting me up and answered all my questions professionally and with a pleasant demeanor. Family members have also been very satisfied with this facility.
John was extremely helpful and knowledge. Definitely a great customer service experience I won't forget. Would definitely recommend this place for self storage.
We have only been in the unit less than a month, so I can't comment on long term use. The manager John was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the policies and procedures. Other employees I spoke with were also very friendly and helpful. We rented a large unit, it was clean and easy to access. They provide moving carts to help get your stuff from the loading dock to the unit, that was very helpful.
