I have to give 5 stars for Jared, an assistant manager who was filling in over in the Framingham location. He graciously stayed over 20 minutes after closing to make sure that I was happy with the unit that I rented, didn't rush through any of the process. By doing so, he ensured that I would be able to give my movers access to my new storage unit early the next morning. He was a true life saver. Easy, convenient and quick check in. Seems like a clean and well-maintained space. Unloading is easy with their loading dock and carts.

Easy access, keycode to get in, use your own locks, relatively decent prices too. I've had a space here for a year now, and the service is good, and the guy Milt who's always there is a peach. I'm sure his wife is glad he decided to take this job in retirement, as she doesn't want to be bored with his fables about the inner workings of the self-storage industry. And there's a decent falafel place across the street too.

Was told over the phone that this facility would accept packages and place them in your unit. When I arrived, after I'd already paid for my first month online, I was told by the manager that they don't offer that service. I also found him to be rude and disrespectful in how he spoke to me. He did refund my month, his only saving grace.

I had been renting a unit for over 3 years at the Concord St Framingham facility. The previous manager was a great guy, helpful, kind, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the new manager is the exact opposite. After a recent confrontation with him regarding the disposal of a cardboard box in the dumpster area (which had no signage regarding usage), a total misunderstanding, he came out and verbally assaulted me. I am a 73-year-old woman!!!!!!! I immediately moved out of the faciliity.

its advertised as "climate controlled" but that is misleading. There isn't even any light in these units. The management used to be better, it's now run by a weasel with a stick in his hindquarters. The price was doubled without warning and without providing any additional value. You'd be better off with a tarp around your stuff in a dusty cave. If I could I would give this experience negative -5 stars.

This is a good place to store anything you need covered in mouse droppings in less than 2 weeks. The droppings are plentiful, and will arrive in your storage unit free of charge, even though it appears clean when you move in. It doesn't matter if you are only storing simple wood furniture, books, and clothes. No need for cheese! Whatever you put into the storage unit will be covered in mouse waste. This complaint does not concern itself with the storage, as it is adequate for the purpose. It concerns the pricing policy of the company. Facts: Jan. 19, 21: Rent was $111.00 May 19, 21: Rent was increased to $131.00 an 18% increase. I was told that that was the market rate (manager was pleasant but unyielding on the rent).
