I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Abington. They were very helpful from the moment that I signed up for my storage space. I dealt with Bill and he could not have been any nicer! After I rented my storage, I went by to look at it and Bill walked me through it. I know it's his job, but it's obvious that he enjoys helping people. That's rare nowadays. Dealing with people is. I felt very comfortable renting a unit from extra space storage in Abington. Deb was wonderful explained and showed me many units when I first arrived. She keeps the units and grounds very clean. Deb is very pleasant to talk to and takes the time to explain everything and makes sure that you understand all the paper work that you sign. Paula

I came to this extra space storage location after a less than pleasant experience at a different storage facility. Deb was fabulous to work with. She offered her experienced advice and I actually ended up with a different unit for a cheaper price!! I feel confident that my personal belongings are in safe hands! Can't speak highly enough about the customer service that Deb provides!

I reserved my 10x10 unit online and moved in last week. Day after reserving my unit online the facility manager Deb called to go over the details and I moved in 2 days later. Deb was off on the Monday I moved in so I was greeted by her assistant manager who was very polite and answered any question that I had asked without any hesitation. As to the facility it is very clean and we'll kept, outside aisles are extra wide with adequate room for large moving trucks and pass coded gate so it is secure.
