Deb is amazing and a joy to do business with!! The facility was always clean and the hours and access to our unit was always easy to work with. Deb went above and beyond in helping us to move in and out of our unit! I would definitely recommend this facility and would come here again if we ever needed to store our things again.

Renting a unit was extremely easy and fast. The units go fast so as soon as one was open, I jumped on it. It is a very safe location where the manager, Deb lives on site. She is friendly and very open and honest about all policies. I would highly recommend this location of you are lucky enough to grab a unit while it is open!

BEWARE!!! Water damage. Water damage! Spent approximately $10,000 in storage fees for all of my furniture to be water damaged and basically need to be replaced. My bed is black on the end of the bed from water damage. Most of the boxes the were bent and collapsed from water damage. Furniture black from water it's disgusting. Now I paid all that money for nothing. I have to replace everything anyway. The guy demanded a five star review I would never give him even one star but I have to.

Employees are always friendly so one star for that! Absent any more stars due to broken storage unit. The door keeps coming off of the tracks, which prevents closing it. It's impossible for me to fix on my own, so I often have to wait for many hours for someone to assist. When this happens after the office is closed the storage unit is not able to be closed OVERNIGHT. 1- Dehumidifiers "DONT RUN in the winter" even if it's 55 degrees, humid and raining, so everything I had there boxes included were wet to the touch and falling apart. Since the units are essentially open to the air (they won't tell you this, but up above the doors are WIDE OPEN and you could chuck a baseball over and have it in your storage unit without opening it. 2- RATS.
