The staff was incredibly friendly and prompt. I was able to book and get my unit all within a few hours. Awesome!
I rented this unit during Covid19. All communication was over the phone and via web. It was quick, easy and painless. After completing the application process and getting all necessary info, I went and checked out my unit which was very clean, easy to access with wide isles for the moving truck. I am very impressed and I can say that out of all the storage units I've rented... this has been by far the best experience.
Extra space is awesome Cindy the store manager is an awesome person willing to go the extra mile to help her customers
Although I have been renting there for the last 7 years and they have changed owner's, the place is clean and the associate's are very friendly and very helpful, esp since we had an issue wit our unit, they quickly helped with a solution to the problem and took care of us
