I'm a first timer with renting storage space and had heard some real horror stories. Cory put my mind at ease showing and explaining their security tools. This is a well maintained and very clean facility. I highly recommend this facility.

Cory at the Canyon Road Location was very helpful. Cory stayed after hours to help me find my storage unit and he made sure the I could log into the electronic gate before I left. The staff has been great! The property is clean and well maintained.

This is our first time renting a storage unit, but I knew I was looking for location, cleanliness, and price. I checked several different storage companies but went with this one due to the professionalism and helpfulness that the manager and the gentleman provided. They offered a great price and really listened to our needs and wants. Also it was clean and felt secure and safe there. I would recommend this company and location!

The employees were friendly and helpful when I first showed up to the storage facility to start storing my belongings. They directed me to the area of where my storage was located and they had carts to help with getting your belongings to the storage area. I am highly happy with my experience at Extra Space Storage.
