Ty the store manager at the Parker location is awesome!!! Very personable and friendly , answers all questions thoroughly gives great customer service. Highly recommend.

Great storage place! They offered exactly what we needed! The staff was extremely nice.
I was in a hurry and a little overwhelmed with moving and figuring out logistics. Brenda was such a help! She guided me through options and got me signed up an into a unit in a snap. This facility and especially Dustin's customer service was world class! We stored items here for the summer in one of their largest units. Literally the best customer service we have ever experienced!!
They have really excellent boxes and packing material. High quality, durable, with handholds in just the right places.
Needed some short-term storage and this place was a great solution. I can't speak for all Extra Space Storage locations, but I will say that this one is well-managed, clean, and staff are pleasant and proactive. I didn't need 24-hour access, so the 10pm closing time was fine with me. Move-in fee was $22 and you must have insurance for your property which if I recall starts at about $16/month (for the minimum coverage of $3000 in property value), so make sure you plan on these costs along with your monthly space rental fee. These guys saved my bacon. It was the day after Christmas, I already had a reservation at another storage place, but that mom and pop shop decided they didn't want to work that day so I had to scramble to find another location. The staff at Extra Space Storage were professional and caring. They were able to find space for me within 10 minutes of calling, within 30 minutes I was moving into my storage unit.
I recently needed to rent a storage unit in the Parker area. I live in Southern California so I had to make the arrangements by phone. Dustin was absolutely terrific to work with. He followed up with me right on schedule & was very prepared to assist when I arrived there. The facility is clean & well managed. I highly recommend Extra Space.
