Every step was great, except the part where the insurance was required, and they do not tell you that at first. So plan on an added amount plus the rental fee. Other than that, things were great.

I have been so satisfied with Extra Space Storage. They have easy access to their units and it's conveniently located.
The customer service was excellent! I also appreciate the carts they provide for easy moving into and out of the unit.
Customer service was great, had a tiny problem with the email info being incorrect. Pricing wasn’t super clear.
